Bad service everyday

I have joined the medical aid last year June then on December I went to consult they have told that the medical no does not exist, I have called call center and emailed the proof of payment then received an email that problem resolved, then I tried to use the card again is not working, I have send an email and called on February and the on March the 06 I have called then they have told me that the card was cancelled last year August then today I have received an email requesting proof of payment and the one for problem solved so I don't know what to do because I'm paying lot of money but they are not able to assist me and they don't call me back
