Bad service

Good day. If I can give this Medical Aid a minus zero I would do so. The worse Medical Aid I ever had to deal with. The system shows we received a refund but nothing shows up in our account. I complained a few months ago and they assured me the Doctors accounts will be sorted out. Only to receive a reply that my matter has been resolved. What a joke. All accounts I queried is still unpaid and now I'm handed over to a debt collecter. Sizwehosmed I am reporting you to the Ombudsman.
