BAD SERVICE

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been a loyal member of Sizwe Medical Aid for over 15 years, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received during this time.

Despite paying high monthly premiums, very little is covered, and I constantly receive bills that are rejected and sent back for me to pay personally. To make matters worse, my medical aid was increased by 20% last month without suitable warning, which I find completely unacceptable — especially during difficult economic times.

When attempting to dispute the increase, I called several times, but no managers were available, and I was told to send an email and wait for feedback. It has now been over a month, and I have still not received any response — neither a call nor an email.

I am also very concerned, as many of the doctors I regularly visit have informed me that they will no longer accept Sizwe Hosmed, stating that the company may be heading towards bankruptcy. Instead of looking after long-standing clients, it feels as though the company is pushing us away by increasing fees and offering little to no service.

After many years with you, I can honestly say that I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone.

I hope you will consider the seriousness of this complaint and take the necessary steps to improve your service.
