Bad service
This medical aid its a **** they decline all the claims without proper invitation. this year is the first time i went to specialist but they refused to pay for the whole claim they pay at GP rate while its a specialist but on their contract it states that they pay specialist. since join this medical aid i am always fighting with the ******** consultant i am really tired can wait for the year to end

20 Jan 2023, 15:06Since my last review i was called by Dineo shupping who is always saying she will follow up. I send more that 6 emails she is not responding when i call she always give one answer she will follow up Sizwe don't care about their customer as long as they made deductions they are fine even their employees they have don't care attitude.
