BAD SERVICE

They string you a long for a year not making a payment to an account, requesting all different information. When you send that information then they ask for more information on something else, then they make you call back and forth to them and the provider, telling you it will be sorted, after a year of back and forth, they then tell you the medical aid is exceeded. Very unprofessional and pathetic, can never speak to manager, neither does a manager return your call. You pay so much money for medical aid to be let down, it seems pointless to even have medical aid. Don't ever sign up with Sizwe, their services has gone down, I use to be happy with their services, but now I'm highly disappointed at this service.
