Bad service
I have been with Sizwe for the past 10 years never in my life I have experience such bad service no HEALTHCARE practitioner wants to work with the sizwe medical scheme because they DO NOT PAY!!! While deducting every month. You call the call center and you will be put on hold for hours with no one willing to assist, People should cancel and find another service provider as Sizwe Hosmed is full on nonsense.
