Bad Service

I Find out is was pregnant on Sept 2014. I did confirm sizwe I'm pregnant and I want to register for my benefits. I ask them to send me the forms I want to fill it in. After I fill in the forms I send it back. 2 days after is send it in I phone the medical aid and they stated to me that they did received the forms. In Oct I got my first miscarriage and size don't want to pay because I wasn't register. I phone in again where they stated to me they didn't received anything. I send the forms again. Everything went well after that until the day my baby was born. He was born on the 14th of May 2015. I fill in the forms to get my baby on my medical aid it took me a whole moth to get my baby on the medical aid. After a lot of calls to sizwe my baby was on the medical aid. In June sizwe didn't deduct money from my bank account for my little baby. In July I received an sms from sizwe stated that it is suspended because of no payment. I phone sizwe and they stated to me it is their fold. In Aug I received an sms again that it is suspended. I phone in again and the same story again I need to pay them R520. I can't claim for my baby because of sizwe not doing their job. I need feedback please.
