Bad service

I am with Sizwe for more than 20 years, the last 4 years this medical aid is pathetic, I have a pre-authorization number, this is a in hospital case, the blood test was not paid. Every time I phoned they gave me a ref no: N***/N***/N***/N***/N*** and today N*** and still after all these calls the account has not been paid, as I received a letter from Path Care today that the account is 90 day's overdue I want to let you know that I am a very unhappy member, and the service is bad.
