Bad medical aid Sizwe hosmed

Ever since hosmed got together with Sizwe we are seeing flames. My son was hospitalised in June 2022 medical aid never paid for x-rays while they claim 100% when admitted I called in several times I have been taken from pillar to post. I am now left with a debt.

2 months ago I started seeing a psychiatrist the medical aid did authorise to pay but they haven’t paid for 3 of my sessions now I can continue seeing my psychiatrist because I have an outstanding bill of over R5000.00 and I am still sick. It’s so nice when they deduct our money every month but when they have to pay it’s excuses after excuses. I am paying medical aid for convenience but now the medical aid is failing us.

I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone you will have drs debts to pay. Sizwe hosmed is a bad medical aid
