Bad medical aid ever

I have never dealt with a difficult medical scheme like this 1, they don't acknowledge their mistake but instead the want something that they can blame you about. They have suspended me while payments was made and now they want me to pay the areas, worse part is that they are lying saying that they have told me to bring the receipt
