I have been experiencing severe headaches for the past three weeks, accompanied by persistent dizziness that is worsening daily. My condition is not improving despite prior consultations, and I am now struggling to perform basic daily activities.
This is a medical emergency, and I am deeply concerned about the risk to my health if I am not admitted and monitored. I urgently request that my case be prioritised for hospital admission for immediate investigation and treatment.
