Bad customer services from sizwe medical aid

Poor services. No mail to say claim was rejected but when you call in a 2 minute voice recording about online information, like really now who doesn't know about the internet with this day and age??? Another plot to rob people for there airtime. An the consultant says its fine to put on helopeter cause they not allowed to call out if i need someone to call me i must put it on helopeter then i will receive assistance. I explained to her that so many emails where sent regarding what was required then when i called to send in my updated banking details then i be told claim was rejected but not correspondence was sent..
