Bad contribution increases for 2025

This medical aid is increasing there Essential copper plan contribution for 3820 to 6161 for next year that is more that a 50% increase. For a mom with 3 kids and a very low income how am I supposed to pay almost double and put food on the table and a roof over my kids heads plus make sure I have a medical aid in case I need it. We are on this plan coz it is all we can afford on a low income. Now you come and increase it by almost double and expect us just to pay and not fight it. And when you phone them to see if there is a way to help you afford another plan all they tell you is mam if you can’t afford it you can be on the medical aid as this is your cheapest plan. Now several hundred or more people have to change medical aid and hope they can find one they can afford. While Sizwe says no we are in on trouble and we are paying claim but apparently we can afford to lose hundreds of clients dew to our new plan to save the medical aid. Well la di da for you. As we are very disgusted by you and can’t believe that loyalty gets rewarded like this!!!!!!!
