Bad Business Ethics

<p>This Sizwe Medical Scheme, could be the worst Medical Scheme, I have ever known.</p> <p>My wife joined the Medical scheme, for the 1st July 2016, we made payment on the 27 June 2016 for 1st July activation, . However I was given Medical Aid from my company, and we cancelled on the 1st July 2016, Up until now, I have been given the run around to have my money refunded. I went to my bank as well, and there to we had to wait for almost 2 hours on the phone, while being passed from department to department, they eventually said its being processed. This was told to me everytime, since the 1st July 2016, its been in process.</p> <p>I made a claim with Discovery Medical Aid on the 11th July and it was paid out today,in my account, on the 13 July 2016. I was going to recommend Sizwe Medical Aid to my Company of over 500 staff, but after this, I do not want to embarass myself. Dont waste your time with Sizwe, any other Medical Aid is better than this</p>
