I send Sizwe an email to explain to me why was the bill not paid. 1. the practitioner got a confirmation code from the medical to perform his/her duty. Secondly I don't inter-react with the billing of any practitioner who perform his/her duties, the medical aid does. Why they didn't pay and not inform me about their action, as a paying member to the medical aid. Now I'm a defaulter to the credit bureau for something which is beyond my control. I need the medical to pay the practitioner concern so for him to be off my back. I don't interreact with doctors or practitioners bill payments. I pay my Medical Aid each and every month because I'm contracted to my employment for fulltime, which I cannot miss my payment. If they want me to terminate my medical aid contract, by refusing to pay service provider. I'm oblige to terminate my medical aid. I can't pay the provider at the same time pays the medical aid, I'm not ****ing reach.
