authorizations not paid by SIZWE HOSMED - (REF WF***4N***5)

Authorizations Not Paid Good day Sizwe authorized 2 procedures on 30 October 2024 to DR Blomerus... but the claims are still not paid!!!Sizwe Hosmed never send any rejection emails to myself or the DR Blomerus. They just refuse to pay the claims. Whenever we call the contact center they keep asking for reference numbers instead of taking the authorization numbers. Authorization numbers NEO***A and NEO***A. This account is still not paid after they authorized the procedures. We have called numerous times and send numerous emails. Dr Blomerus needs to be paid as the procedures were authorized by Sizwe. They cant refuse to pay after it was authorized. My next step is Hello Peter and Carte Blanche. I await urgent feedback wrt payment to the Dr Blomerus. Mr Brand Tel ***
