Authorization not yet given

I started the application progress with Sizwe with a lady by the name of Keledi Motsisi on 24 March 2021, I wanted to start my membership on 1 April 2021. The application was finalized on 31 March 2021, where I was told that the membership will only start on 1 May 2021 with a general waiting period.

On 18 September 2021 - 20 September 2021, I was admitted at the hospital for Anemia treatment. Sizwe is refusing to give an authorization code, because they claim that I did not disclose that I was pregnant on my application. It is impossible for me to have disclosed pregnancy as I only fell pregnant around the 6th of May 2021 as my last period was on 21 April 2021. I find this not to be fair to be expected to disclosed what hadn't happened, what only happened in May 2021, that I didn't plan.
