Authorisation letter for chronic medication

Hi, requested sizwe to email me authorisation for my wife's chronic medication on 29th. Called them on the same day waited for more than 20 minutes no one picked up. I know its holiday season and with a lot of members terminating their membership, I realise that they have a reduced workforce, however all I am asking for is a simple authorisation to be emailed to me
