Astronomical increases in member contributions

Astronomical increases on essential copper, basically hospital cover. In my dad's case, his monthly contributions went up by more than 60%. How can a Pensioner afford this. They might have sent out the communication of this increase, but with an increase of this magnitude surely an email specifically indicating the magnitude of the increase would be appropriate. He has now had to pay the January contributions and is severely out of pocket. He was forced to resign and join another medical aid. We have found out that many are in the same shoes. Sizwe has clearly not thought this out. The members on this package are going to resign which will lead to loss of revenue to sizwe. This will then impact on the existing members who are on other plans as their contributions will naturally be increased either this year or the next. These members will resign and what will be left of sizwe. Strategy is definitely foreign to them
