Approval for PMB taking 4 MONTHS!!
Good day I have been waiting since October 2018 for PMB to approved for a condition that requires ongoing therapy and despite calling on multiple occasions and being told that the case is pending...it is now January 2018 and it is still pending. I've never heard of a medical aid taking 4 months to make a decision on approval for PMB. Such shocking service and to date, still no feedback.
