Appalling services

If I could give no stars would do so. Claims not being paid even after authorization. You contact them you get the run around. Constantly sending you to incorrect departments. I'm on one of the high plans medications prescribed by specialists Constantly getting declined. I'm so disappointed used to be happy now im disappointed. They charge you a hell of alot of money and don't want to pay anything. I would not recommend them as they Constantly have excuses not to pay. Disgusting!!!!!!
