Appalling Service, Claims never get Paid!!

What disgusting customer service!! Iv been calling for a claim since begining of October and to date I have not received any form of feedback. This morning I have been on the phone since 11:30am till now as I write this and I have been bounced around from one person to the other still holding. Everyone seems to not be in claims when I get to speak to someone and keep puting me on hold. Im highly ****ed off and frustrated as Sizwe. I would advise people not to take this medical aid as you will have such headaches claiming your money. It's truly disgusting service no one seems to know anything here, you leave a message and they take you details down and Boone calls you back. Just a freaking circus being run here
