Another bill not paid.

As mentioned couple of times before, my husband has been admitted to hospital with sepsis, cellulitis and kidney failure in July 2023.

Lots of blood tests were done to check infection markers, etc. Although the necessary reference number was submitted, some of the pathology claims were paid from the day to day benefit (although he was hospitalized) and others were not paid at all.

One such an account was for Lancet for the amount of R1254-10. We have phoned numerous times and every time we are being told the account will be submitted for payment again.

When we phoned again this week, we were told a 60 days reference is now being required.

Do we have to complain about every single account before its being paid??? Accounts were submitted under the hospital authorization number, but still not paid
