Angry and highly disappointed
I'm angry and disappointed by this company. I changed my plan to a higher plan but I got disappointed, from April 2022 I couldn't use my medical aid but they were still deducting on my pay slip, I went to complain during the year but nothing was done, during December I was told that I would be refunded but I haven't received anything till now, I'm on chronic medication and throughout 2022 I had to make other plans to get medication in order to survive..WHY SHOULD I SUFFER BECAUSE AS AN EMPLOYEE OF YOUR COMPANY MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY APPLICATION?? I want my money back...

21 Jan 2023, 19:24They only refunded R8582 instead of R18756, I sent an email to them regarding this issue but I didn't get any response. I am going to lay a complaint to the council for medical schemes.
