ALMOST 4 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING PAYMENT

We are a specialist practice. One of our patients was admitted to hospital in NOVEMBER 2022. We are STILL awaiting payment. The automated message will tell you very clearly ALL CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 4 MONTHS BUT they neglect to process these within the desired time even though they have a PAYMENT RUN every week. Call refN***. Ombudsman???
