ACCOUNTS NOT PAID

I have 2 accounts that have not been paid, one account was paid out of my pocket, Rfs 328495. I have sent this email 9 times to claims and claims manager. I called this morning and still nothing. The second account has been in review since March 2026. Rfs 328480. The doctors are now in contact with me to pay R25k people. I am a SASSA pensioner, were do I get this money to pay them. I pay my medical aid every month now fail. This is ridiculous.
