Accounts not paid

My name is Anna Maswangane ID ********** 457087 I am a member of Sizwe medical fund my membership number is ********** 0132. on the 31st of March 2017 i had a kidney transplant at Jacaranda hospital i had a living donor.Tthe authorisation number for the transplant is NEO ********** 522076A and for the donor is NEO ********** 0164A.

The account for the donor was not paid when i do follow ups they keep on telling me that it is with case management and i did to ********** and to case management at no vail. the account is now handed to the lawyers my poor sister who was able to save my life is now threats from lawyers mean Sizwe gave the authorisation that the donor is covered by the medical aid and i have proof of that even on the benefits it shws that the donor is covered by my medical aid. i have a string of ref numbers WF ********** 6N ********** WF ********** 5N ********** WF ********** 5N ********** To name the few i even called the call centre yesterday spoke to Andisa even send her the hospital bill but no help from sizwe. this has been has been going way too long please assist me or advise if should go to the ombudsman. the account outstanding is R180K for my sister and R22K for me. I AM SO FED UP AND DISGUSTED WITH SIZWE IF NOT GOING TO GET HELP I SWITCHING TO THE NEW MEDICAL AID NEXT YEAR.
