Absolutely NO SERVICE - Trying to join the medical aid

<p>We are trying to put my mother on a medical aid. Decided on Sizwe as a we've known them for some time and agreed on a package. After sending all the documents through the beginning of September, and more documents (Reply to their email to accept the waiting periods etc.), we still have NO feedback. </p> <p>The cover was supposed to start the 1st of October. We have not heard anything from them, everytime I phone them they tell me that they can not access any details or see anything on the system. I have to email the department working with the application forms, I do not get any repond from them either. Its middle of October already, and still nothing??!!??</p> <p> </p> <p>If I knew this I would have definitely not even have Sizwe on the option Table of medical aids. Their service is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely filling in documents for a different medical aid tomorrow.</p> <p>This is not something that can wait for 3 months. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
