Absolutely *********** medical aid

If I could give 0 starts I would. Sizwe Hosmed is the most *********** medical aid I have ever dealt with. I try to go to the Gp, they insist my membership was terminated on 30 April however I'm still paying in full every month!! I asked for my membership to be terminated on 30 September and my certificate says that! I call in and they say my sons membership is cancelled and I must send proof of payment!!!! Why must I do their job because they are so ***********. I am so disgusted with this medical aid. REF *** REF ***

Also I am still waiting for my moms Pmb claims to be paid in full. If you have an emergency Sizwe is definately not there for you!
