Absolute GEM
I just have share and compliment one of your staff members, Jane, excuse mentioning her name. What an awesome worker, please treasure her. Would appreciate reviewing your staffing. You will note I have published 2 complaints and only today has Jane managed to sort me and also on the previous an absolute gem. I shake my head for the rest as firstly responded to advise on the Drs bill was paid yet I was querying the rejection of my Nutrional foods. This just shows how they pay attention to detail, unless the message was sent across incorrectly!
