Absolute disgust - Sizwe Hosmed
I once have to lodge a complaint! Not even sure if I can call it complaint or disgust!!! Undermining doctors, like they just want to do procedures in theatre and not in their rooms. The doctor is very clear in his motivation: I quote un quote: The duration and the nature of the procedure is prohibitive for work under local anesthetic. What part is not being understood! Dont tell me about being older than 7 years, so if my jaw fracture and damages further you will advise the same. I have gone through so much pain and in fact, Sizwe has shown no compassion but actually causing me more damage! No adhering to their mission statement! I cannot believe how we get treated yet they happy to take our monthly payment of just on R14,000 with a smile if I may say, and refuse to pay out a measly 20 - 30k Wow! I am in complete disgust on how they are playing with my life....

13 Mar 2024, 12:12This absolute disgust still waiting a response from Sizwe, please dont refer me to the Social Media and Communication Specialist nor the person which is included in your previous mails. You both have not responded me instead your leaving it to Dental management risk, How impolite are you, refer to your mission and vision statements, you certainly show no compassion except take my R14,000 monthly for what and you are not even shy! Whoever MMR is, they certainly not even looking at my case correctly and I will be clear hear, after being humiliated and stooping low providing even up to all my hospitalisations scans and scripts! My goodness how much lower do you want to go. The doctor is not wanting to repair a nerve for the fun of it, I have a history of pinched of which I had probably 13 decompression nerve repairs in both arms. If I could take a picture of all my surgeries I would to be little you. Just last week I had to get an injection into my left hip as the Rheumatologist suspects a pinched< he now has to await 6 weeks to recover from the jaw op to investigate further. How Lousy can you be, wanting to pay for my extractions only and of course refusing to pay a lousy R14,000 for the nerve repair in the jaw. Surely this should be seen as different?????????????? Not related to the Bisphosphonate which caused so much damage??????? I am not a doctor but I sure as hell know much more than your team of doctors put together, I belittled myself last night with 6 mails with all sorts of documents, what part did they read!!!!!!!!! This is absolute disgust it will not end here with me,
