<p>How long I have to wait before a simply query is attended to. A simply pre-authorization query. And premium collection time, you do not miss the day, you do not get delayed but I have to wait this long. I call you guys, nooo!!I have to listen to your ridiculous music and annoucements until I give up. And is not the first time. My boys need an authorization for circumcision on the 13 July 2017. Procedure code 2137 is not going through on your system.
