A YEAR OLD CLAIM AND EMPTY PROMISES
As you can see from my previous complaints, Sizwe promised to get back to me and no one ever did. I wrote follow up reviews. Same issue. Promised to get back to me. Still waiting. This claim is a year old and they will say they won’t pay as it’s stale. How many times do I have to complain???? To Sizwe Hosmed Members: MARK MY WORDS: This scheme WILL face bankruptcy if their staff doesn’t get motivated to do the job they are getting paid for. I would advice you to think very carefully about whether to join or continue with this scheme. I WOULD’NT recommend them to my enemy.

27 Apr 2026, 09:17PS: as it seems to be too much trouble to look at the member number,date of treatment, amount outstanding to Netcare and date of query which has been forwarded to you as well as the 13 emails sent back and forth, in order to track this query, I have now also made SCREENSHOTS of the info and sent that to you on the provided email address above. Short of buying a plane ticket and coming to JNB myself to look it up, I am at a loss of what further details I need to provide.
