A very bad service

I wouldn't recommend this medical aid scheme to anyone, the worst experience ever, you always have to follow up with them in order for the payment to made and it does not even guarantee payment. You end up having to pay the medical bills from your pockets ,when you call the consultants, you get a different story each time, very exhausting!!!
