A medical aid where you pay them to sit and do nothing

Honestly the worst Medical aid I have ever had to deal with! Paying so much monthly and everytime a claim is done it's rejected. Imagine paying everytime you go to a doctor, specialist, hospital, what is the purpose of the medical aid then. When you call it's no one's job and everyone refers your call to the next department. Spoke to 4 different consultants and everyone is like thats not my job. Seems these consultants are not trained and you pay for literally everything out of your pocket
