A couple of weeks ago I found out that the medical Aid has not paid a doctor for a procedure from 2024 The doctor has been trying to claim but the medical aid declined due to an error on their side. I have called multiple times and so is the doctor but now I was told the claim will be declined again because the doctor does not have a 60 day reference but the doctor has been trying to claim from last year Such a terrible medical aid including their customer service
