If you want a reliable medical aid please don't even think of Sizwe medical aid, honestly it's the worst. If you not going to wait long to get a consultant, it's the ***** that happens, where you receive a message that some doctor claimed from your medical aid but you didn't even go to the doctor.

I've had two incidents of this thing, someone claiming yet it wasn't me, I don't even understand how is it possible because I have the card on me. Two different provinces from the one I am in.

The investigation goes a long way I have to make an affidavits to prove I didn't go there, worse the second time I was in duty at work, someone claimed under me, and I am the only one under my medical aid.
