3SixthHealth that is the Administrators for Sizwe and SAB Medical Aid is absolutely useless.. I have been battling for 6 to 7 weeks for them to update a practice Banking Details for payment that was released in September 2025 already.. If all the correct documents that was provided to them. Agents Tshidiso, Kim, Mxolisi, Tshepiso, Tebogo, Sipokazi, Juliet, Victoria, Queeneth, Nomathemba, Belinda, Thank you for your useless service.. You get 0 out of 10.. I have written over 40 emails over the last 7 weeks, hours and hours and hours on the phone.. You start with caller number 90 and when you reach caller one then they drop the call.. This happened more than 8 times.. Caller number 90 than you are waiting on the phone for about 80min and then they drop the call, time and time again.. Today 7 weeks later and the Banking Details is still not updated.. Please can you get someone at 3SixthHealth that actually works to give me a call and sort his mess out. I will keep you responsible for this full account as the patient is now not able to claim from their Gap Covers because you don't know how to update Banking details on yourside..every single time it is empty promises that it will get done today. But still no updated Banking Details. Phone me ***
