3days to 5weeks turn around time for Refund.

Cover was terminated in August 2015 Because government did not pay they part of my cover.But I was paying my portion of the Sizwe midical cover. They sent me Two termination letters , notifying me that I am no longer covered. I then asked them to refund me the money I contributed towards my medical aid cover.<br> I asked for the refund in September 2015, I was told that the refund Turn around time was 3 DAYS TO 5 WEEKS!<br> ( What type of turn around time is that anyway??)<br> I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT, IT IS NOW JANUARY 2016 AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED.<br> Please assist.<br> <br>
