2 years worth of Hospital bills not attended to!
What a pathetic medical scheme.
It’s been a year since my father passed away and the hospital is still hogging me for unpaid bills from the medical aid. Mind you, we are on the highest option (Titanium executive plan) but *** oh *** we are struggling with you people. Every single doctors motivation that was requested was submitted however, you still have *********** staff who fail religiously to assist with settling these outstanding bills. I call in on a daily, I send follow up emails but we are dealing with non responsive robots here. Come on maan! Give us the customer service we deserve!
