2 weeks... 3rd complaint... still nowhere.......
This has been going for a solid 2 weeks.. empty confirmations, empty promises... even confirmed the refund would be paid with the next pay run, which was on Tuesday, of which Loyiso Nqeto confirmed the funds would reflect today... another lie. I was also going to receive a phone call from some other person to explain what happened, this was also 2 days ago.
Clearly logging continues complaints on this forum is the only to get some form of response... pity it doesnt quite work so well if you need your money back........
