14 MONTH OLD UNPAID CLAIM

On 30 March 2026 I complained about a YEAR OLD UNPAID Netcare account for my mom’s cancer surgery in March 2025. Since 30 March 2026, I have received several promises from Sizwe Hosmed and after ALL the follow ups here on my profile, here we are STILL:

Still no feedback from Sizwe apart from repeated ‘it’s with the claims department for review.’ Exactly HOW LONG can that take???? This account was ONE YEAR OLD in March 2026. Follow up was done FROM 30 MARCH 2026, here on hellopeter. And today, 11 May 2026, I still have no answer. How are they planning to save this company with service delivery/customer service like this??
