0109 HOSP FOLLOW UP Deemed as INVALID

I called the call centre to query some accounts. Due to the fact that I did not have a previous reference number I could not query 2 of the accounts. The other 1 - I was told the incorrect procedure code was used!!!! 0109!!! In all my lifetime that particular BHF code has NOT changed. Please can someone get Sizwe to honour payment of hospital visits ALREADY DONE and patients already discharged!!!!
