Sizonke Medical Aid

Hi we were on Platinum Health Medical Aid 2018. Then my husbands work Sibanye decided to cancel with Platinum Health, and we went over to Sizonke with them telling and promising to take us over with all the benefits as it were at Platinum health, with our Chronic medication. Since January 2019 until now they are changing a lot reviewing everything, and every month there's a story about not covering our chronic medication. My husband has a few ilnisses and he must use this meds. Before we've decided to go ahead with Sizonke Medical Aid my husband went to see them and asked them and showed them al his chronic scripts and they told them him that they will cover it just as Platinum Health. Now we are struggling with them they have all sort of excuses. That was not what they promised us in the beginning before we've decided to take them on their promises to use them as our medical aid, but now al the promising we're only lies the only promised until they got plenty of members now they can do what ever they like. If we knew before hand that this is how thing will work out we would never have dealt with them. Please help us expose them for who they really are, minepulating and telling lies just to get members. Even The pharmacy is not happy with Sizonke doing what the want, because all the members are fighting with the pharmacy.
