Moerse unhappy with Sizonke

Everywhere I go I have to receive threads that I've been handed over to collections even 2 years afterwards. Everytime I use this medical I have to pay. I was in an bike accident and all medical expenses I need to pay for. All of the sudden a lawyer call me and made an appointment to come see me to claim for the accident. Now while he came see me he informed me that they will claim the money back in favour of sizonke. Something I already paid back to the medical aid.... So how can they make me pay for something they should have paid and claim again in favour of sizonke? I still receive handed over SMS and emails with no warning in prior which I have to pay extra for the collection department.... You never get any matter resolved by phoning Sizonke, even went to the office and handed in 3x same documents as requested. Again nobody knows where the documents are.... No one seems to be of help. *********** people are put in positions that they don't deserve and some are really nasty and ****** when they hear it's a white person on the phone. This is only a small amount of things they just don't care about but selling Sizonke medical aid to the mines the promises are huge..... Sies!!! I don't want then to phone me and ask sorry, as sorry doesn't fix anything. They must do their work accordingly and solve this so call ****s going on.
