WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY

The owner (Marcel Bergman) has no respect for people. He screams and swears at customers if they raise any concerns and refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes. He raises his voice and speaks to women like they are trash! We were told that he is known to become very aggressive with customers.

Their policy states that you need to pay 75% upfront BUT after you have paid the 75%, Marcel will request the remaining 25% upfront aswell and if you don’t pay it, they threaten remove all material from your property and refuse to install. Absolutely disgusting business practices.

Marcel assures you that he will oversee everything onsite but there was ZERO SUPERVISION from Marcel! We had unnecessary damage to plants in our garden and he refused to reimburse us. He actually laughed at us when we told him that he will need to compensate us for the damage his staff caused due to his lack of supervision.

After we mentioned this issue, Marcel spitefully told us that we need to pay an extra R3000 for “extra material” and this price was never discussed with us. We insisted on proof of purchase and it turned out that it was actually only R1850 for the material.

The staff scream and shout at eachother to hurry up so that they can go home. They don’t care that the customer is listening.

We feel that Sizavert / FenceTec Engineering has ********* business practices by requesting 100% payment from customers once they have already locked them in with a 75% deposit as per the quotation. They then threaten to not do the job until the customer has paid the full amount. What type of business asks for 100% before the job has been completed?!

We will NEVER RECOMMEND them and we will NEVER HIRE them again! Save yourself the stress and avoid these guys at all costs!
