This clinic should be shutdown!!!

This clinic is serving no purpose for the residents in this area it's an absolutely waste of the taxpayers money to be funding and keeping this clinic open.The nurses are so rude and we should refuse to normalize this kind of behavior from health workers,it is wrong and if one is not dedicated in doing their job they should change their profession. I have been to this clinic twice and both experiences were horrifying.Today I was there for the second time and people where being chased away their reason being the fact that they don't have water,which Is the same excuse they had the first time i was there for closing early.The first time I was there the lady's in the front desk debated about who should be the one to write me a card.After that I had to go do an HIV test which is something that is mandatory when going to the clinic,the lady there had the audacity to tell me she's lazy while she was chatting on WhatsApp, she said to me I should just tell the nurse that I am on ARV's and she's going to assist me with the flu I had at that time and it's something they normally do instead of doing tests all the time.I was shocked.I than moved on to the consultation which we had to wait for quite some time thinking the nurses are on lunch.The nurse which was sitting and chatting her life with her colleagues at the front desk came in rushing she than started with the person who was there first.My turn came the nurse whose name was Mzobe,dark skinned lady asked my reason for visiting and as I tried to explain the symptoms that i had she than assumed I had TB and she started shouting why I didn't come in earlier...she said there were no pills and I had to buy medication at the pharmacy and that I should come back the following day. The experience here is the worst and I will be going there again but just for basic observation and I will take videos as proof and will have it posted on social media for the public to see and hear all that goes on in that facility. I will definitely have this facility reported for poor service delivery.
