Horrible Service!!

If possible, I would give this business a zero rating. An order was placed beginning of May, full payment made and the order is yet to be finished. It has been 5months. They are unavailable on the phone and if by some chance they pick up the phone, they are rude. My mother who placed the order was dealing with Mandy who kept saying the order will be ready the following week. This has gone on for weeks. I made the call and spoke to a Roxanne who, at 1st, denied the fact that full payment was made on the the 4th of May. After repeatedly telling her she is in the wrong, she then said that we have not been dealing with her and therefore she doesn't know the particulars of the order. If she was unaware of the details, why would she be so confident to say payment was not made? She then, again, just like the other lady, said the order would be ready the following week. I requested a date and she was unable to give me. I told her I insist on it and she promised to have it the following day. The following day and since then, they have not picked up any of my calls. I have called atleast 20times to no avail. If you want to be frustrated, disappointed and test your anger, go ahead and place an order with Sizabantu. We are laying a charge of ***** against the business now as we have lost all hope of either receiving the order or the money that has been paid.
