Not trustworthy

We bought a Mobile O3 Oxygen Capsule from Sakkie Herbst in April 2022 with a full money-back guarantee if we return it within 90 days. We tried it out for just over a month and decided that it is not working for us. We contacted them (end of May) and it took them quite a while to come and collect the item from us. Then it took a while to get the cancellation form from them. This was completed and sent to them on the 7th of July 2022. My wife tried for the next two months to get the money back without success. Always another excuse (I have the WhatsApp messages to prove this). Her cancer took a turn for the worst and she passed away on 1 November. I only contacted them again in February this year, but have not heard from them since. Talk is cheap Sakkie, actions is what matters.
