Worst Quad biking experience

We went there my my family on 24/12/23 , we got the worst service ever. The 2 ladies were rude and shouting at us that we wasting time. The rides weren’t 30 mins as we had paid. The broken bike broke on our way and they tried to make it our fault? How ? When all bikes are in shambles?! they have old worn out bikes that are not safe for anyone.
